Even if they tell they will let you to stay for free,pls dont stay there,worst staffs,horrible service,worst hotel in kanyakumari,the guy at the reception must be a old criminal i guess,he is so rude all the time,he insisted me to pay the full money before enetering the room,i planned to stay for 4days,they wont return the money even if i vacte the next day,they charge money for everything,even for drinking water,the water contains,lizrd eggs and egg shells,i am not lying i swear by God...Pls dont go near that hotel they will spoil your whole trip...

Booked this hotel just for a night stay and dint expect much from the hotel, as soon as i entered the hotel the staff dint help me park the vehicle despite me having the reservation, although the hotel charged me more for being the season and busy bookings they dint even provided water bottle complimentary, i had to make request for towel and toiletries , the hotel old and taps and rooms need a major upgrade, overall have a worst experience.

Highly overpriced. There is no room service. Did not provide soap. Intercom at the room won't work. Had to go to the reception and ask them to send water to the room. NO sign of room service till half an hour. Again after asking them, they sent a person after 15 min with a jug of water. Found a dead insect in water. Complained it to the receptionist, but he turned a deaf ear. Fearing quality of water, I bought a water bottle from them. They overcharged it saying that we are cooling the bottle. Absolutely unethical from the receptionist guy. Found a lot of people in the hotel complaining about the issues. Some had a water supply problem, some had AC issues. Can only say that I was lucky enough that my room was big and AC was working fine. This is the only reason that I rated it 3.

We stayed here on 28th December 2018 to 30th December 2018, No room service, TV wasn’t working any days, no shower, no hot water, dirty and broken cupboard, dirty bathroom. When we asked about this problems no response from staff. I strongly recommend stay away from here

1. Hotel is pretty Big. It was off season so most of the rooms were empty. 2.They have a beautiful terrace where one can spend a lot of time. 3.Its a sea facing hotel. 4. Staffs are friendly 5. Best part - They allowed me to check in at 5 am Hotel Tip: Dont eat outside as the hotel has a restaurant which is most of the time empty but the food quality is 10 times better than outside food. Try - Dal tadka & ghee rice (yummmy)
